This chap was mad enough to tie his Flip Mino to a bunch of balloons and let it fly. He had a fishing line attached to avoid his camera ending up in Mexico. This story is real and I am assured the young Flip Mino was not found later hiding in the attic.
Seriously though, the birds eye view shots are nice looking and I’m seeing a lot of people use their Flip cameras to get out of the ordinary angles where other cameras would be to big, heavy or expensive to risk using.
