The only time I’ve had problems with my Flip camera, for example a weird looking screen when switching it on or other anti-social behaviour – it has ALWAYS been down to just one thing.
Batteries. Having low battery power without realising it could confuse your little Flip when you want to use it. The camera will try to start up, and will often switch on making you believe it’s ready for action. It will try to do it’s best but then might act a little sick and give up.
So the lesson is always keep your Flip Video filled up with enough charge, or if you have an old Flip make sure the AA’s are fresh enough.
If this fails you’d better find your receipt and give the supplier a call!
